Breakfast and Bible

The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.- 2 Timothy 2:2

What and Why?

What Is Breakfast and Bible?

Breakfast and Bible is a Saturday morning men's class that meets at the church for breakfast and Bible study.  We cover a diverse range of topics including Hermeneutics, Homiletics, Systematic Theology, and Bible Survey.

Why Do We Meet?

Breakfast and Bible is designed to train and equip the men of CBC to think, act, lead, and teach biblically.  Even more fundamentally, it is to help the men of the church to walk more closely with Jesus Christ and in fellowship with one another.

Who, Where, and When?

Who Can Attend?

Breakfast and Bible is open to all of the men of CBC and the community.  We welcome men young and old who want to grow in their relationship with the Lord and build a biblical foundation for the lives that God has called us to.

When and Where Do We Meet?

Classes meet in one of the adult classrooms at CBC on Saturday mornings from 8:30-10:00 during the school year.  Most classes can be joined already in progress, but new classes start periodically as we finish up a topic and move to the next.  Keep your eye on the announcements and web site for new classes beginning soon!

What Is the Current Class?

The "Ologies" of Our Faith

This is a basic Systematic Theology class.  In the class, we'll walk through the fundamental tenets of our faith.  We'll consider what the Bible has to say about topics including (but not limited to) the Bible, God Himself (Father, Son, and Spirit), Man, Sin, and Salvation, the Church, End Times, and much more!  With such a wide variety of topics, you'll be able to jump right in, so come and join us for Breakfast and Bible!
